About SI for this Course
Supplemental Instruction is provided online via WebEx during the period of online classes. Join my SI sessions by using this link: https://iastate.webex.com/meet/jebustin
Due to potential unforeseen obstacles SI Leaders may encounter as they move to online delivery, some sessions may be modified, cancelled, or suspended until in-person sessions can resume on campus.
SI sessions for this course are free to attend and take place 3 times per week. They are open to students in any section of Stat 226. In each session, we will review the major concepts covered during lectures and then will utilize fun activities to apply these concepts. These sessions are designed to help develop study skills no matter what year you are or your performance in the course. Mostly though, these sessions will be fun!
Good Morning Stat 226ers!
I hope everyone is safe and healthy. I just wanted to let everyone know I am here and ready to help with our continued stat adventure!
I will be live on webex at 5:10 on Mon/Tues/Wed and the link is on the stat 226 SI webpage.
Please pop on in to say hi and we can work together through the rest of the material this semester. In today's session we will all be getting familiar with the platform and reviewing a couple of problems to get our footing back.
I know you are probably hearing this from everyone and I am sharing this as a reminder to myself as well, let's all make sure to continue to interact, share study tips, work as a team, avoid isolation through virtual connections, and remember to add self-care/fun activities to our to do lists!
