About SI for this Course
Hello everyone! I'm Kyle, and I'm pleased to be your SI Leader this semester. I'm a big believer that conceptual understanding and a true comprehension of calculus is what's critical to calculus problem solving, rather than rote memorization of certain patterns or solution types.
As such, in our sessions I'll do my best to ensure everybody walks out more confident with the topics they've been presented in lecture and better able to apply those concepts to actual problems. I've been in your same shoes struggling through my first exposures to calculus, so please don't hesitate to ask me any questions either in sessions or via the SI webpage as I'm sure I've had those same questions myself.
I'll be posting any worksheets we use in sessions to this website. They'll be posted a few days after they were actually used, so you can get them earlier if you come to sessions! I'll also have annotated solutions available for any of my worksheets in any of my sessions - just come up to me and ask for them.
Please feel free to contact me through this webpage if you have any questions, and I hope to see you all at SI!
